BOOKS

What happens upstream of the harvest? And who produces the coffee?
These are the questions behind Book One Hectare of Coffee and Los Cafetales, written after 5 years of studying documents in different languages and 9 months spent working with coffee growers. Two formats that offer a glimpse into the lives of coffee-growing families, their daily lives, their generosity and the beauty of the landscapes that surround them. Anecdotes, illustrations, stories and photos are presented in this book. They are the result of a year spent working alongside owners of plots of less than 2 hectares in size, of exchanges with players in the coffee industry and of reading publications in various languages.
